i can't get into my xbox account

hello !! school is finally coming to an end for me, so i thought it would be fun to start up my xbox one again and play some games. however, when i try to log in, it demands i enter the password to my microsoft account. i entered the correct password (i changed it just yesterday) but it says there's a probably with my account and i should go online to fix it. when i got there and logged in with the email connected to my xbox (not this address) it asked if it should send an email to some address with a code. i said i didn't have that anymore because i deleted it a long time ago, so it made me answer some questions and provide an alternate email address. i got an email saying the answers had been approved and i should change my password, but it came up with that "Help us protect your account" message when i followed the link.

if someone could provide a quick solution to this so i don't have to wait a month to play games again, that would be great.

To get this issue resolved, it would be best if you contact Microsoft Support, they will be able to help you with any issues relating to your Microsoft Account.

Normally when you request a security info change you are required to wait at least 30 days before getting access to your account for security reasons, but you can contact the online support if you wish through Contact us | Xbox Support.

You can only have 2 accounts on the same email if you are talking about 2 different Minecraft editions, but if you are referring to the same Minecraft editions, and you are being logged into a different account and not the one that have the game purchased, is because you are using a different email account or not using Microsoft login option
