I can’t get into my microsoft account on my computer, I tried the guided login and it did not work, only on my phone. After o put the information in it goes to a blank page, tried via the minecraft launcher too and it didnt work either.

I’m on a phone not a computer and can’t use the feedback hub as I have a mac computer is there a way to access it one a phone or a place I can give my feedback Other than here where something may actually be improved or my feedback heard?

I guess I should've mentioned I use a Mac computer :eek:

) I was going to just do the MAC thing, but I don't know how to do that on an Apple computer. My xbox is the only Microsoft product I own lol

I have played FortNite with the same account on my Xbox and Nintendo Switch but wanted to play on my computer to join with family from multiple accounts. The problem only occurs when I try to play games or view my games, not necessarily just FortNite. I have tried to view all my games to play different ones and it still gives the same response that “Something went wrong” and too many authentication attempts. The same thing happens when my brother tried to play using his Microsoft account as well. He’s signed in but it doesn’t allow for games to be opened or played.
