    went onto my game to try get in and the message Do you own this game or app has come up and it’s saying that I might be seeing this message because the account that owns this content might have assigned a different console as their home Xbox so any ideas of how I can fix this in order for me to be able to get back into my game

    Hi again, I have re subscribed to Xbox live, so probably have two paid accounts, seems I can’t get to speak to any human! I did a reset and lost my email account, from a few years ago so can’t do anything.

    Any ideas?

    I’m on a Xbox series X, I have tried in my phone, browser and computer. Nothing seems to work. When I try these devices it said game can’t be “sold separately”.
