I can’t get into my email

I tell you in advance so that there are no misunderstandings, this is a public forum for user-to-user support. We are users who help other users. We do not work for Microsoft and do not have access to any user accounts.

Could you tell me why you can't access your email?

Please provide me with as much information as possible to help you resolve your issue.

Just noticed that my game tag is an order one I’ve got 2 emails and I’ve used them both and I still can’t get my usual game tag if I can’t get my usual tag on i can’t access Xbox live

Thanks for the help but the problem is I don’t have access to the emails that now owns my Microsoft accounts as I got hacked meaning I can’t access the hackers email to get my account back therefore can’t cancel the subscription and it’s not letting me dispute the last Microsoft subscription????

So I was finally able to see a note that said a company email could not be used. But I had used this email I think in 2018 as I didn’t have a Microsoft account. So I would be getting the emails to my company email but now it says that it can’t take it. So If I can’t use account and have to start over that’s fine but I think I will still get re occurring charges for Xbox live, how do I cancel now?

Why is Xbox support so bad!? Can’t get through to anyone because my issue isn’t related to any of the categories & you can’t seem to be able to talk or email your issue to any Xbox staff
