I cant get in contact with xbox support.

I cant get in contact with xbox support when i need them the most of all. When i try it only says that phone and chat isnt availiable.

I got help with recovering my hacked account and now i have the account recovered but when i try to log in to the xbox app nad minecraft i cant login. Now i am doing my last attempt to get in contact with support.

Can you try this workaround:

Choose the chat with gamer option and then ask to be redirected to support.

Hey Mathias,

if you choose every topic step by step on the 'Kontakt oss' site of your region, will you get the chance to request a recall in your region ?

If so, just choose this topic and explain your issue to the operater. (at least nobody cares what topic you'd chosen before)

Try going to http://account.live.com and make sure your information is filled in correct. That should auto-fill the fields. Let us know. Good Luck!!
