i cant get good minecraft seeds

so i have been speedrunning minecraft for about a year with 20 instances and i haven't gotten a good seed after 5 and a half days what i need:

Buried treasure with lavapool

bastion and fortress nearby
blind at spawner and at least 200 blocks from stronghold

and front or back m88 zero tower

if you can make this happen that will be very pagman

minecraft-seeds.net/.../All-Seeds is a good place to check out, i think all the seeds under beta 1.3 - 1.7.3 should work with xbox, worstseedever and a few other known seeds are among
the list, but i'm fine with 'wse' so i haven't done much world hoping.

is a problem with random or 1.6 seeds list? i seemed to get achievements on random seeds and tutorials, but no matter what options are chosen on load up of a seed list world i cant get achievements at all, sooooo many wasted hours!!!
