I can't get games I have downloaded from Game pass to launch

None of the game I have downloaded through the new xbox beta are launching.

I have the game pass it shows up on my account profile but the games don't launch.

Sea thieves briefly shows a splash screen with the logo and then disappears and does nothing.

I tried another game and it shows an error message.

It ends with

File System Error (-1069586941)

I googled that and found some saying that I need to run chdisk. I did that and it found no errors.

Any ideas?

You may be able to do a factory reset to fix the issue.

Go to Settings>System>Console Info>Reset

Select the option that say reset everything except games and apps.

It takes about 15 minutes.

I have already tried unistalling and reinstalling all the games and the xbox beta app.

What does the phrase "full reset" mean?

Try doing a full reset (that has worked for me before) or you may have to do the dreaded uninstall and re-install of the game(s) downloaded. Of course, may just be an error on Microsoft’s side so hopefully it’s a quick easy patch.
