I can't get Deadspace 3 in the game with gold

Hi,

I just take a gold acount so I can download and play Deadspace 3. I had no problems to take the other games but I can't get this one.

I tried with the xbox one and the PC, it says free but when I click to obtain I have to pay 19,99€ ....

How can I get it ?

demos are only available in the first week of release to gold members and probably an gold exclusive for 1week

you can't download deadspace 3 demo from a silver account fyi

Sorry to hear it. Sometimes it can take a bit for the membership to fully populate your account. Please give it 24 hours then try again.

 

Also keep in mind that if you're using a trial gold it will work for the free One games, but not the 360 games.

 

Actually I have the gold account since the 11th of August (9:00 AM Paris Time) so it as been more than 48 hours now.

I had a one month account in July and now I have a give card, my credit card is registered. However, I can't see any information about the 360 games with gold working only with normal gold account.

I can't change my gold account from the give card to regular, so even if I would subscribe I couldn't get this game because it will not be available after the end of the give gard.

It's pretty unfair to give only xbox one games without telling it especially when you subscribe/activate gold trial/use a gift card to get those in time, wouldn't you agree ? Because, I would still needed to be gold to play it so what's the point to not
be able to download it ?

How could I ask Microsoft to add this game in my gold games list ?

Only the One games require that you keep gold in order to contiue playing them for free. The 360 games dont which is why dont allow you to download them on a trial subscription.

 

Ok, I will call the support, I didn't know you could keep 360 games because I only tried to play on xbox live games after the end of my first subscription.
