i can’t get a custom gamer picure when i have change my a accout to a adult and i have changed my date of birth what do i do???? Please help!!!

My account is an adult account and I still can’t change my gamer picture to a custom one because it says “You must be an adult account”. Also, my account is 108 years old. I just want to have a custom gamer picture on my account but I am unable to have one.

The Account will go by the birthdate entered when creating the account. If, during the creation of the account, you entered a birthdate that makes you under 18 years of age, then you would have to wait until you are 18 years old. There is no way to change
the initial birthdate entered, and child accounts are not allowed to have custom gamer pics

There is no way to graduate a Microsoft account from a minor to adult even if you modify the birthdate.

Gamerpics are only available for Adult accounts. If you created your account as a Child account there would be no way to add a Gamerpic until your account is automatically graduated to an Adult account. For more information go ahead and follow this

Hey George, At the moment there is nothing that a Microsoft/Xbox agent can do regarding changing your account from child to adult. The account would have to reach adulthood naturally over time.
