    I can’t get back into my Xbox Account of prob 10years!! Help!!


    Can someone please reach out to me from Microsoft support I cannot get back into my Xbox account. I changed the password yesterday morning and since then it seems to have disappeared the entire account. Well I can’t seem to recover it anyways. Every time I try the recovery tool it wants to use the Microsoft Authenticator to sign me in which I’ve not used for that account and all my other verification options keep telling me I’ve sent too many codes and to try again tomorrow. Well today was yesterday’s tomorrow and I keep having the same problem. I’ve got an obscene amount of hours logged into and money spent on this account so I’m freaking out a little bit. Also the account I'm signed into to ask this question is not the account that it was which gave me enough trouble just to ask a fricken question. No numbers to call or email addresses to reach out to except FAQ’s and AI answers that have been NO HELP! Please someone help me.

    Thanks for the reply, but even though it's showing up 8Yrs on my console it still has been reset? I have a 10year and it stopped for a month i added a 3month and when i look poof 10Years came back and was visible to everyone.

    I’ve tried and it puts me back in the same cycle, I can’t play anything even on a new account cause I can’t login to it.

    I’ve given all the information I have and I can’t get any help. I’ve essentially lost a decade worth of time and money to this company.

    I can’t get a tech person or a rep to help me. I want answers and I want my account back. This is actually ridiculous.

    I have all the proof of it being my account yet I get locked out of it.

    I’m really considering selling and switching to PC or PS

    On my other account I have been permanently banned for no reason it says for violating the community but someone has been on my account I’ve submitted an appeal and it got denied

    So I can’t get my account back

    How to cancel a subscription while no longer having access to Microsoft account?

    Thanks for the help but the problem is I don’t have access to the emails that now owns my Microsoft accounts as I got hacked meaning I can’t access the hackers email to get my account back therefore can’t cancel the subscription and it’s not letting me dispute the last Microsoft subscription????
