I cant get back in my account

uhhhh i just came back from church desperate to go on the Xbox 360 and when i tried to sign into my xbox live account it says "sorry, this profile cant connect to xbox live on this console to fix it it download it again" and honestly i need help and i dont
know what it means y download it again please halp

Why cant I get my old account back

If it is an offline profile from an Xbox 360 console, you need to make it an online profile first: http://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/offline-profile-to-gamertag

If it already is, you might have used a wrong email address associated which is the reason why you were given a new profile.

Why cant I get my old account back

I was making a change to my old profile one the Xbox One and I downloaded the xbox app on the phone and it gave me a new account. I didn't want it but when I got on the Xbox the account went over to the Xbox and my old account is gone. How can I get my old
account back?
