I can’t get all my accounts to work properly

I’ve tried and it puts me back in the same cycle, I can’t play anything even on a new account cause I can’t login to it.

I’ve given all the information I have and I can’t get any help. I’ve essentially lost a decade worth of time and money to this company.

I can’t get a tech person or a rep to help me. I want answers and I want my account back. This is actually ridiculous.

I have all the proof of it being my account yet I get locked out of it.

I’m really considering selling and switching to PC or PS

Omg. War zone is doing my head in. Want to play it but can’t. Not properly anyway. They need to sort this out. All that money they get and this has been going on for a while now. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I would but I got it as a gift. I was not the person who purchased it. How am I able to even get those vbucks then? They are on my fortnite account, but the Microsoft account that I put it on is not even linked to my fortnite because my other one is. So what your saying is that I can not get those vbucks back and that since that account can’t exist then I just can’t have the vbucks at all? By all all I mean those vbucks only not the ones that I can buy. And what you are saying is that my friend spent 8 dollars of her hard earned money to give me a gift that I can’t even use???? That is so stupid that y’all can’t switch the vbucks to another account.

You can try contacting account support (https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us) for help. You will likely need to provides some other proof that you are the original
owner of the account (scan drivers license for example).

So I made a new Xbox account and had the details and login things on it but months later I got a new phone and after a few months after getting a new phone when I wanted to get my Xbox password I tried to turn on my other phone I made the account on and it won’t turn on It turns on after about 10 minutes of loading but then freezes and I can’t get onto the phone where my email codes and verification codes are and I’ve tried doing making forms and trying to recover it but it says I don’t have enough information I have a lot of progress on this account and I can’t lose it can please someone for the love of god on my heart help me
