    I cant get ahold of someone to help with a due payment which I did not allow in the first...


    Today I got a email from Microsoft saying I owe $19 for Xbox Gamepass Ultimate which is funny because I did not renew for it and now I cant cancel it because I owe money for it and I tried for an hour contacting a real human but I always get pushed off
    to the virtual agent which isn't helping me for my problem. Can anyone help me?

    Locked out of Account for 29 days. No access to email, microsoft programs, and xbox live.

    Did you keep filling out the account reinstatement forms or get ahold of someone to help? Idk what to do, I have like close to $10k in digital games on my account.

    Contact the enforcement team without being banned

    Just because their is a phone number going around that may or may not be for the enforcement team IT is NOT an official way to get ahold of them the ONLY official way to get ahold of them is through the case review process.
    I don't care. I did not ask if it is official. Enjoy the report. Stop replying to my forums posts or I will not allow you to reply to them anymore.

    2 quick questions please

    Cant answer your first question, but the second one I may be able to help.

    When you go to buy something on the Xbox Store it always defaults to your credit card as the main payment option, there should be a button when you get to the checkout part that allows you to choose another payment option, one of them will be your credit.

    Hope this helps as I haven't used the xbox store for a while.
