I cant get ahold of anyone to cancel fix my payment problems!

My girlfriends account has been getting charged for the past 7 months for the Game pass when we cancelled it months ago. I'm trying to talk to somebody before tomorrow so I can get it stopped before it charges again. I try to do the instructions under
the Contact us option but all I get is a timed out message or it never actually takes me to the call back screen after I click it.

It's ridiculous that I can't just call and talk to someone, And that I've been getting charged for a service I cancelled Seven months ago!

Xbox Support Team. The Xbox Support Team are the people you will need to speak to in order to resolve this issue. The ambassadors, moderators and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage the billing section of your girlfriend's account. We
will provide steps on how to contact the Xbox Support Team. If you are having issues with contacting the Xbox Support Team, we suggest utilizing a different web browser or device in order contact them. Be sure to let us know the results!

How to contact the Xbox Support Team:

Click the support link we provided
Select Billing & accounts in the category area
Select See other options
Select Charges on my account
Select Show contact options
Select either Chat with Xbox Support or Request a call from Support

i dont have my code either and i hate how you cant get ahold of anyone at 343 so that they can get it resolved

so microsoft cant take a payment that I cant ask them to cancel.....

I was having this problem, I canceled my subscription last winter. Yet, I was still being charged for the 10-person realm, even though Minecraft said that my realm was expired, I was still getting charged! Even after my card number got changed. My fix for this was going to xbox.com and singing in to see my payments and billings, turning off reoccurring payments, then canceling the subscription.

I cancelled it because I kept getting a "Your subscription has expired" message when I tried to play games.. I cancelled the subscription and resubscribed, just to get the same error message and find out that it didn't fix the issue, but instead created a new one.. Thanks for the tip, I'll try to get ahold of them tomorrow.
