    I can’t get a last homexbox switch!


    Why can’t i get a last homexbox switch when going into the help section. I haven’t used one earlier because I just learned that I can get another one but I can’t find it in the place it should be?

    No one else should have access to your account to be able to change that.

    There's no way to force the system to allow the survey. All you can do is wait. You also get a total of 5 switches, not 3. As long as you're using the Home setting properly, you should never runout of switches.

    But how do I become eligible bc I really need one more switch. I am 100% sure I only have used a maximum of three switches and when I used my forth for the switch I’m in need right now, it never switched and now it says I have no left.
