    I can’t gameshare


    hi, I’m having a couple of problems. I had signed up for the Xbox update preview and this last preview messed up my Xbox. I was able to remove myself from the preview but I’m still having problems. I can’t access internet explorer, and I gameshare with my
    husband and ever since the update preview, he clicks on to set my account as his home Xbox and it keeps resetting it every time for some odd reason. When I got myself out of the preview I figured it would fix everything and hasn’t. When he clicks to set my
    account as his home, it still resets it every time. He wants to play the games I have and it’s really inconvenient that he can’t. Please help me, this is very frustrating

    Hi there,

    Please try the following steps on the console where the issue is being experienced:

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
      Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
    3. Redownload your profile

    If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    As far as i am aware you can’t gameshare on pc unless you are the one who bought the game but if it was your brother he can’t share the game to you on pc.

    No my games are on a different Xbox so I can only play free boring ones like fortnite, rocket league roblox etc but I have not used a switch and it’s new Xbox so I don’t know where they went I think my freinds are gamesharing but I don’t want them to and now can’t stop them from gamesharing which is just stupid.

    Looks like you need to renew gamepass

    Its not showing up in my order history, but I’m not gamesharing and have bought them before, also it says that I need to buy the games over again in the store so I can’t just redownload them again from there
