    I can't find the Xbox Gamepass included with my device.


    I know it's been a while I got my laptop but I had Xbox Gamepass included with this. And a month ago I did see it in the Microsoft Store>Library>Included with device.

    But now that I go check on it it's not there. And last time I checked on it it said it had to be claimed before 12/2023. I thought I still had time. Am I mistaken on the time validity? Please help.

    I did check it as aforementioned. I could see it was there in Microsoft Store>Library>Included with device about a month ago. Now that I go check, it's not there.

    It says "Your device didn't come with additional content".

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    If you haven't claimed the game pass yet it should be visible on your Microsoft Store App or through Xbox App itself when you launch it. Have you tried launching the Xbox App?

    I used to get the notification every time I booted my laptop. Then I thought it was annoying as I knew I had time to claim it. So I turned the Xbox App Services off in the Startup. And I didn't care to check for a while. But now that I go check it's not there. :(

    I don't know if it's a time limit thing because I do believe I saw a claim until 12/2023 tag in the Microsoft Store. If it is and I missed my chance to claim it I guess I might have to let it go.
