i can't find the website to get a shipping label for my controller exchange

i have received an email confirming my exchange request and was provided with a link to help me create a shipping label, however when i click the link i am told that the page i am trying to find is no longer available

if someone could provide me with an updated link or any information that could help me, that would be very appreciated

The email confirmation should have the shipping label as attached file. If you still have issue, Please contact

Xbox Support and provide them with the exchange order ID number.

When I began this journey, the rep who initiated my advanced exchanged advised me the return label would be in the box. The subsequent people I spoke with were confused why one wasn't included...1 of the reps actually had me go to the box the new device came
in, and said the shipping label should be on the box. Yeah! The shipping label to get the device to me. Comeon!

As mentioned at the bottom of my initial post, by accounts/devices section doesn't offer me an option that fits. If I try to start a whole new one, I can't choose anything other than "Accessory" ie. Kinect, controller, etc. Not what I need.

I've had a similar problem as others in this thread. Basically I shipped back an Advanced Exchange Xbox One Console and now they're saying they still can't find it - 3 months later. So they're charging my credit card for the console. I don't have the
tracking number, but can't they just look it up from the pre-paid shipping label? Has anyone had any recourse with this problem. I know we can cancel the credit card and block the charge, but then I'm assuming Microsoft will just send this charge to collections
and our credit will get ***...

Based on the description, it appears that you need help in regard to your shipping label.

Before anything else, let me ask you the following questions below so that I fully understand the problem.

. Have you tried contacting live support?

I would suggest to reach out live support for this for them to create and give you a shipping label for your elite s2 controller service order, since they have the told to do that for you.

Hello Lisa,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. With accessory repairs, they do not send a shipping label. They are self shipping. Only controllers that do get a shipping label are elite controllers and design lab controllers. Hope this answers your
question.
