I cant find the stuff I redeemed from my phone on my Xbox game

I bought the minecraft CD game for Xbox One, when I redeemed the starter pack and minecoins I did it on my phone. My Xbox Acc is the same email from my Microsoft Acc on my phone but when I open the game it doesnt appear what I redeemed, I tried going to Updates, manage apps and looking if there was something in the " Add-ons", I turned my Xbox off and on and I also tried Redeeming the codes from the Xbox but still nothing.

I have no idea what to do... :'^

I bought the xbox one s with the digital Full Forza 4 game, since i didn't play it i uninstalled it. Today i wanted to re-install the game and i cant find it in my "all owned games" or even "ready to install"

Eu tenho o game pass Ultimate, instalei Forza Horizon 4 no Pc também e no PC ele começou tudo do zero.. fui abrir meu jogo no xbox One, que eu já tinha com um progresso bem avançado, vários carros e nivel 70, sumiu e carregou o progresso do game do PC. Alguém me ajuda? Socorro
