    I can't find the Microsoft Account that is linked to my Xbox App.


    I'm trying to cancel my Xbox Gamepass subscription but when I click manage it sends me to a Microsoft account that doesn't show the subscription, meaning I can't cancel it, and I don' know the log-in details for the account linked with my Xbox app.

    On your Windows device, please go to Settings > Accounts > Email & Accounts. Kindly check if you see other emails there under accounts used for apps. It is possible that one of the emails listed there is the one linked to the subscription.

    This is to unlink an account that has already been linked to a PS4. The issue i'm having is I can't link my Microsoft account in the first place to PS4 as it says my Microsoft account is already linked to a different PS4, however I can't seem to find anyway
