: I cant find my wireless network

How far is your xbox one console from your wireless router? There might be a lot of interference and so the Xbox One console can't connect properly to the router?

Sounds as though the wireless network has already been added. Have you checked what network the Xbox is on? You can always tell it to forget the network and add it back again.

Although I don't deal with your wireless network problem. So I advise you another thing, I recommend to connect the XBOX to a wired network connection, the speed is usually larger and the connection is stable.

Thanks for the reply. If the Xbox one is not connected to the network, unfortunately the information will not be in the network settings. I recommend checking in another device network setting to retrieve you network information.

If the issue persists, try Physically power cycling the console and network hardware to help refresh the network.
