I can't find my shipping label for my in warranty repair - can't speak to a human !

Hi thanks for trying to help but the person I was speaking to was unable to assist and directed me to another department who also were unable to assist. I was then directed back to xbox support page which only has a useless virtual agent that tells me to arrange a call back but when I try to do that callback is unavailable.

Help with your existing repair order. What I personally would recommend to do as far as printing the shipping label is if there is a local library or friends house that the shipping label can be printed at I'd swing by and attempt to print it.
