I can't find my level 40 boost That comes with download

Please help,

We recently purchased the complete Destiny package with our Live subscription. We can not find the level 40 boost that was to come with it. Now it might be our fault due to the fact that there are too many hands getting involved at my house. Anyway,
we initially downloaded it without LIVE and ask microsoft if we could get the LIVE discount. They said "sure, you are allowed one mistake a year, but you have to cancel the first purchase and repurchase and download again". We did so, then something else happened
and it got reinstalled again. Now, we no longer can find our level 40 boost.

Now, the big dilemma is my son used his own money to purchase the game and he is blaming his brothers for the problem. All he wanted when he bought the game was to become a Warlock and play with his buddies online. Oh and of course be at level 40.

Is there some one who can help me? Microsoft support sent me here.

Level 40 orange weapons anyone plz and help level boost

Can someone plz help with level boost as getting hard to play on my own on second play through. Also if someone can provide with some level 40 orange weapons I would really appreciate it thanks.

Sorry to hear it. Please double check at the postmaster for the item. If it is not there you'll need to contact Bungie for more help as this is an in-game item.

Barring that please be aware that, with his friends help, he could complete the main storyline and be close to level 40 within only a few days.

I know what you mean, I recently tried to Rank up in Lone Wolves as I'm 40, but since there are no 43-47 gamers anymore, I simply can't beat the higher levels. I do sometimes match up with lower levels but they don't give me the necessary rank boost.

Do you have more then one character going? Is it possibly on a different one then the one you want? I would check the inventory of each character you have. If you had it in the your bin, make sure to check each page. As I remember, you can not discard it,
so just take your time and check things really good. If you still can not find it, I am not sure exactly what to tell you, other then if you want, I can give you a hand getting to 40 just by playing the game. Give me a shout, I am on most days.

Hey MuralMusician17! The boost should be called a "Spark of Light" and should be in the consumables section of your inventory. Be sure to check every character and their postmaster as it may have been sent to a different character. Double check that and
let me know how it goes!

I got most of mine from random loot in dungeons and caves.

Admittedly they only started to appear when I got to higher levels (40+ I think, can't really remember), so if you're a lower level they might not be showing up yet.

Just keep exploring and leveling up, you'll eventually find something.
