I can't find Amazon instant Video

Discus and support I can't find Amazon instant Video in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Okay, so I had amazon video on my xbox one, worked fine. then all of a sudden it gives me some error, googled the error and on xbox twitter support it...     I can't find Amazon instant Video


    Okay, so I had amazon video on my xbox one, worked fine. then all of a sudden it gives me some error, googled the error and on xbox twitter support it said to uninstall the app and re-install it. So I did that, only problem is now I cant amazon instant video
    in the app store??? what am I doing wrong???

    Please help!!

    Amazon Instant Video Not Working

    Whenever we try to watch anything within the Amazon Instant video app it says that we can't watch the video to try another with the error code 7313. We can't find anything on this error code. Any advice?

    Hey there VotingCrowd4264,

    You should be able to re-download the Amazon app from the Xbox Store, but if you're having difficulties finding it, you could also locate it in the Ready to Install section on the Xbox One console. Just click on My Games & apps and then select Ready to Install
    from the list. You may need to switch the setting from Games to Apps, but you should also be able to see it there.

    If you still can't see the app then I would recommend to
    clear the console system cache.
