I can't find add-ons for an xbox 360 game

I forgot to mentuon this is for the xbox one

So i have had a friend including me have an issue like this have you made sure that you are signed into the same account which would be using the same email as your previous console generation ?

Did you purchase the DLC digitally?

If so then are you signed into the account that made the purchase for them digitally?

The easiest way to tell is to sign into your account here and go to add-ons and click on one of the add ons and the next page should either say see or download to xbox the link is

Thanks for coming to the forums. With some DLC it may not work on the Xbox one while playing backward compatible. This is up to the developers to allow it to work. In this case they should be working and able to install. So would like you to update your
360 profile. To do this follow these steps:

1. While on a backward compatible game on the Xbox one hit the back and start button( also menu and back button)
2. The emulator for 360 should be showing go to profile
3. go to download profile (even though your profile is there it will download)
4. Enter your credentials for the account. This will update the profile.

Once updated try to install the DLC.

Yeah, at first I thought that was the case but I couldn't start the DLC in game (in this case the zombies map) and when i checked the in game store it told it wasn't installed and i have to go to manage games.
