i can't find a multiplayer match on bo3 on the xbox one

Try playing TDM or FFA! That seems to be the game mode everybody loves to play and you'll be able to find a match more quickly than on any other game mode.

I also have that issue from time to time with Bo3. No worries, this happens to a lot of us. Just exit the lobby and go back in. If it keeps acting up, restart the game entirely, last but not least, if you still have that issue, cold boot the Xbox. Your NAT
is fine, it's the Strict NAT type that will cause an issue. Keep in mind too, since the launch of Overwatch, not many people really play CoD, or at least Bo3, anymore. I also recommend checking various game modes as most players play HC TDM, HC KC, or Core

you have to back out and go back in, people only play a few playlists, usually works for me. Team death match is the easiest. Many players have been playing for a long time so quite a catch up

I have the same problem since mid September
