I can't find a game I bought a few years ago

So I bought assassin's creed - the first game - a few years ago and I bought Assassin's creed rogue remastered on the 14 November 2018. I cannot find them on ready to install. I definitely bought them on the account I'm using now. I've looked through my
purchase history and can't find them but I know that I definitely bought them on that account because I looked through my bank account history and on the 14th of November there was a payment of £24.99 to Microsoft xbox. The exact price I paid for assassin's
creed rogue remastered. This is not on my purchase history for my account but the only account that card is linked to is my current one. I haven't linked it to any other account, I haven't bought anything on any other account. I bought the first assassin's
creed with an xbox gift card it was a £20 one and it cost me £8.99. I also cannot find this purchase in my order history either. I now have to pay for the games again that I already paid for when I bought them the first time. Is there any way I can get my
games back?

If you are sure its the correct account and if you cant see it into your ready to install / order history , i suggest you to call or chat with an agent from the Xbox live helpdesk > https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us
, the agent will check your account more deeply.

Have you checked if the game is in the library? If you do not have a search in the store, if you are logged into the account that owns the game it will appear as available to download, since you have it.

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ This area tells you your purchase history, and has about everything you’ve ever bought from gamepass or a microsoft
product online. So id check the store tab on your xbox and type in the game you bought, and when it comes up install it. This may be of service to you.

I had the same problem. It seems when Bethesda/Id Software changed it from Activision to Bethesda for publishing they put out a "different" game although it has the same content and everything. The only real differences are the publisher credit screen and
they used different compression as its over 100mb smaller
