I cant find a fortnite consumable item

I redeemed an Xbox gift card on the wrong MS account so I gifted the Fortnite items I wanted via MS store to the correct account which is this account and it says I received it but it's not in Fortnite (this account is the one connected to Fortnite)

When you gift items to a Microsoft account you will receive those items trough a message with a redeemable code, you need to redeem that code on the account that you need the items

Remember that this will only be received trough Xbox, you can't access the items on other devices, first you need to receive the items trough a Xbox console, even if the accounts are linked, you need to log in a Xbox

If you didn't receive the codes, you can find the codes in the order history of the account that made the gift

Once an account is banned you forfeit everything that was left on the account. You would have to repurchase them on the new account.

If you're still using the same console and it has the console license, you may still be able to access the dlc, but if you switch consoles or you don't have the console license on that console, you will need to repurchase them.
