    I can't find a code to enter, and it doesn't say it's shipping.


    Almost two weeks ago I bought a pack of Ark, where it included Scorched Earth, Abberation, and the island. It never said that it was shipping, and I never got a code saying I needed to type it into the Xbox. I ordered the pack off my computer, so maybe that's
    a problem, I don't know. I've just just about everything.

    I just got a new copy, and I guess I can't find the right spot to enter my code. Offer code entry doesn't work, and there is no online pass entry. Where do you put this thing?

    If you bought it straight from Xbox it would be tied to your account and should have either already downloaded to your console or would show as ready to install in your games and apps.

    Otherwise, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from about getting the code.
