    I cant factory reset my xbox


    Earlier today none of my games would load so i decided to turn of my xbox. After doing so when i tried to normally boot up the xbox and the screen would turn black and nothing would happen. First i tried using the low resolution mode by holding the eject and power button and nothing changed. Next i tried to boot up to the trouble shoot screen which worked but when i clicked continue it did the same black screen. I finally decided i would just factory reset it. When i try either of the options it just displays the same black screen. I then formatted my usb and downloaded the file to factory reset. When i followed the instructions i got to the screen with a loading bar but the percent never changed from 0 even after leaving it for an hour. I decided to turn it of and unplug it for a few minutes before trying again. When turned it back on following the same steps it got to the same screen and once again stayed at 0%

    Mine started doing the same thing today too... ive tried everything but the usb OS reinstall, which i was going to try tomorrow. I tried to set up a service for it and got the message that the console is discontinued and as such they dont service them anymore? Highly frustrating... Id been waiting to purchase a series X when one became available to me, but Im starting to rethink it. Do i want to give money to a company that wont repair its own products? My 360 works fine, but my xbox one is dead? Nothing feels right about this.
