    I can't enable Minecraft Multiplayer even though I enabled it in settings.


    Today, I bought the Minecraft bundle pack including Java and Bedrock and for some reason when I try to play with my friends on Java, I can't turn on the multiplayer option even though it's on in the settings. I tried multiple things, including shutting down my computer but for some reason it still won't work! Please help!

    Also, I noticed that going back to an earlier version, like 1.70, the multiplayer feature seems to work.

    It may mean that it's the launcher itself. You can repair it by following the steps below:

    Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > Search for the app > Advanced Options > Repair.

    Seems like we have performed all the necessary steps, Stoph, and made sure that you're managing the correct account.

    The last resort will be checking again after 2 hours if in case the game wasn't just detecting the changes that were made.
