I can't edit my bio on my console

Hi there Mister Gwyther.

1.Im not on a family plan nor an I on a child account. If I were wouldn't it affect the ability for me to change my bio information everywhere console, Xbox.com, ect.? Cause as I said I can Change my bio info on my console. Just not here on Xbox.com (which
Is where I would like to edit my bio)

2. I am on my iPod device posting this and I can't seem to get the bio to save so ill get the URL tomorrow afternoon.

3. I am not having any other errors anywhere on Xbox.com. Just the edit my profile section.

@Vibro: I don't think so because I wasn't notified of one and if there is, it usually says so when I login to my console.

@Miss; It's been going on for more than a few days. I can't edit anything that would be in my bio page (tagline, name, location or bio itself); and I did check the security, it's not blocked. I forgot to add that I can change it on the console, I just prefer
web since there are spacings and the console isn't easy to maneuver through it with only LB/RB.

@Adot; I can edit my bio on the console, so that's really not required since it's an issue with the website and not on my console.

I'd love if they gave the option back to edit your bio, etc. on this site. I'm vain, I like my bio to be more creative than what you're able to do on the console, & I can't see the purpose of taking it away.

So there's no way to edit bio on xbox.com, but I can't edit it on my xbox 360 either! So what can Ido?

My apologies for the late reply, I had to bring this up with our internal support team and they only got back to me today. So, they a few things for you to try:

1) Have attempted to change the again today and see if it works?

2) Did you check the privacy settings using the http://account.xbox.com/settings link? Photo below for reference.





3) If the issue is still not resolved after that, you have to try the suggestions from our Change the personal details on your Microsoft account guide.
