I can't earn achievements in minecraft windows 10

I haven't won ANY ACHIEVEMENTS in minecraft windows 10 for a while, and as if they were locked, they just don't unlock (I'm not fluent in English, I'm using google translator)

thank you! I ended up solving the problem. it was a service called ''user experiences connected to telemetry'' i saw a video on yotube and activated it, at that exact moment i started to gain all the achievements, but thank you very much for your help!

I advise you to check these solutions. in general if the achievements are not released in the account there is not much that can be done, the problem can be solved if it just does not update in your windows profile but are updating in your web profile.

and because of "minecraft for android" being there i cant earn achievments for minecraft for windows

I have checked both the achievements on their True Achievements pages, and no one has mentioned either one being buggy. And if an achievement is bugged its usually mentioned in the comments or forum. Here's a link to their Minecraft Win 10 forum if you

Thanks, Jeff. The stats are all OK now

Just to be clear, I got all of the achievements through Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 without any troubles, then logged into Windows 10 and all of them transferred ok. I didn't try to earn them through Windows 10 app.
