I can't download the Witcher 2

So I tired to download Witcher 2 early as as they usually update it early when I click the games with gold dashboard link it take me to the Witcher 2 page but there's no option to download it just rate and pin to home and when I search for it on xbox.com
(Canadian version of the site) it says the page is moving or missing?

I try to download it, it gets to 67% but it says: Can't Download: The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings

 

Still Can't Download Witcher 2

I am having the same problem. I go to download The Witcher 2 and it goes into the active downloads. Then it will pop up saying The Witcher 2 can't be downloaded. I've cleared my system cache, deleted the marketplace file, recovered my profile and still can't
download the game. It shows up in my download history but never gets downloaded. Never had this problem ever before.

 

Same problem here, according to Xbox Live status page there are limited services on the 360, including purchasing downloadable content

 

When I try and download it through the store on the console, it pops up with the prompt to upgrade my account to gold, despite the fact that my gold subscription doesn't run out until March 2016.

Like everybody else, when I try through the website, there's no link to "purchase" the game.

I would like to get this started so that I can leave it to download overnight and be ready in the morning, but I guess that's not going to happen.

 

Last night it was both consoles, 360 and One. One was fixed and of course 360 was left hanging for who knows how long. How hard it is to fix? Cigarette and coffee breaks are more important I would say.

 

Hey guys, I'm in Canada too and noticed this last night. They are working on the issue and hope to have it fixed soon. Let's keep our fingers crossed because I was looking forward to trying it too.

 

They must have the slowest techsupport in history.ever since xbox one came out live service has been one issue after another even free PSN was better than live is now and its still cheaper than live even now.

 

In history since xb1? No, Microsoft has always had a crapstorm of a tech support/customer service. The bigger the company the more *** bs (and lack of English speaking phone support) you have to deal with.

 

Whats ooking forward to this game but no luck.

 

I'm posting to show that I attempted to download it also and it wouldn't show up as an item to download. Yes, there is a service notice and it's still in effect. Cloud saves are also having problems.

 

Same for me. But I am able to purchase it here on xbox.com and download to console but since i have no credit car on file it requires one even if the game is free. It is total crap, but I can't wait to play it

 

Game still doesn't download. I was promised 2 free games a month when I pay for Xbox live Gold. Even used credit card purchase and it still gives me region errors.

 

I still have this problem as well with the witcher 2. It says it is not available in my region yet I'm in Canada and it says free download.

 

Has this issue been fixed -still cant download it
