I can't download the Gear 5 texture pack !!!

I go to menu, settings, video and click download, clicking give me the message that will need to restart after installation, so the download already starts at 70% and does not leave it.
Minimized the game or closed, the pack does not start downloading through the microsoft store.

Anyone have any idea what it can be?

how long did you wait? As a personal experience, It started at 70% and it got stuck for a few minutes before here before continuing.

If it take too long, you should try to close the game, reboot the PC and retry,

Try a hard reset:

Hold the power button until the system shuts off.

Then unplug the power cable for 5min and plug it back in.

Restart the system.

If you're playing on Xbox, then you can only download texture packs through the in-game store, meaning that you can't import your texture pack in.

So, is the texture pack an update? I can't download it now, before the game arrives?
