    A previous closed beta would have already been added to your account automatically for last weekend if you pre-order the game on the Microsoft store. If you pre-ordered it elsewhere, you would need to talk to that retailer about why you didn't get a code, assuming they were offering them

    The current beta I believe is open to everyone who wants to download it

    You are either a non pre-order customer or you are using the Diablo 4 install

    You have ro download the open beta if you are an pre-order customer

    non pre-order customers can't join till next weekend in the open beta
