I cant download the demo of minecraft on my win10 laptop

Hi, im trying to download the trial version of minecraft on my windows 10 laptop but when i click on download an error comes

when i click on "get more information on your device list" my device is seen

I wanted to try the trial version so i could decide on buying minecraft.

Any help is appreciated.

This normally occur when I play on the PC had problems with some games that did not open, updated Win10 and returned to work normally. Good luck!

Hello Francia, i have checked DxDiag and I believe I meet the system requirements, I also do not have any pending updates other than an optional one.

Thank you for letting me know and even if it's optional kindly install the update still. Once done, please try to install the Free Trial through Microsoft Store App itself.

Please check and validate if you were able to meet the minimum requirements in installing the game. If yes, kindly check if there is an update for your Laptop.

To check your PC requirements kindly type in "DxDiag" on your search bar.

I use Win10 operaing system.

I uninstalled minecraft launcher.

As you suggested I downloaded "minecraft launcher for Win 7/8".

At present I still can't play "minecraft java demo version". I can't launch "minecraft bedroch version". There appears notification that bedrock version is incompatible with launcher
