    I can't download specific games with xbox game pass


    I just got Xbox game pass and decided to download human: fall flat with it because it says that I can but whenever I hovered my mouse over the "install" button it became one of those red circle things with a line going thru it, I then tried downloading sea of thieves and it worked, I am not sure why I can't install human: fall flat?

    Hello BlankUsername32,

    Try restarting your router to possibly help your download speed. Opening games while downloading/updating games can lower your download speed so make sure all games and apps are closed.

    It is only as issue with this one game. If it was a network issue on my side it would be a problem with all games, and it wouldn't stop at the exact spot every time.

    I said try unplugging the xbox and re plugging it back it, That normally helps when I had downloading issues.
