i can't download Resident Evil 4 (Redemption Code)

Hello xbox support;

I have resident evil archives, I downloaded Resident evil code Veronica with Redemtion code without troubles, but when I tried download Resident evil 4 with Redemtion code I have the problems.

i contacted falcon support and this is you answer:

already did clear cache, and try download again but I have the same problem.

I hope that Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3 Nemesis, and Resident Evil Code Veronica are included in those because Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 5, and Resident Evil 6 were shooting gallaries.

Are you receiving any type of error code when you attempt a download? What exactly is happening?

Ok since it is important.

Does your account region and actual region match?

Does the region of your download code match your account region

If none of those match then that would be why

It's also causes 88% of the download problems

 

but i download resident evil code veronic x without troubles : (

 

Doesn't really matter since resident evil4. And higher as region locked

Best option match your account region to actual region
