I can't download Quantum Break

Hey everyone. I tried to play Quantum Break, but I was told by an Xbox One notification window that I would need to make sure I downloaded the game or had the disk in the console, despite the fact that I downloaded the game already (and paid for it). So,
I deleted the game to redownload it, and now, none of the games in the "Ready to Install" section, nor the Quantum Break store page in the marketplace will allow me to redownload it and the marketplace only gives me the option to rebuy it at $60.

Anyone have any ideas to help here?

I Bought Quantum Break on Amazon and have still not received the code for Alan Wake

I bought a download code for Quantum Break from Amazon on 05/27. When I bought the download code, it said Microsoft would send me a code for Alan Wake 7-10 days after I download quantum break. To date, I have not received any code. However, I have
completed Quantum Break. What else do I need to receive the Alan Wake code?

 

missing file worth 76 gigs.

I don't own quantum break, but that is absolutely what it is. I can't find it though, because I can't manage quantum break in my games and apps, how do I delete it? Any help?

 

Never mind, I figured it out.

 

Are you certain you're using the game which purchased the game and/or are you using the console which is designated the "Home Xbox" of the purchasing account?

If you accidentally used another account, which has a different Home Xbox from your own, that could be why you're having this issue.
