I can't download NBA Jam on fire edition

I'm not able to purchase it because it is part of a bundle that doesn't exist which is annoying!

This is a easy fix

Please make sure you are trying to buy the game online and not though your xbox one. It is not possible to buy 360 games on the xbox one has the stores are different. Also if you are doing this online and seeing bundle instead of a price this is because
you need to look under the Xbox 360 heading not the xbox one heading (please scroll down the page)

You need to click download to xbox 360 even if you don't have a 360. Once you have done payment restart you xbox one and under games and apps scroll to the right and it will appear in your ready to install list

 

I've tried this many times, and I keep getting the following error - "You have no valid payment options on file." I worked with xbox tech and added another payment type (had AMEX and added VISA) and I still get this error message. Even when I push the
Change Payment Options button, nothing happens - I remain on the error screen. Has anyone else experienced this?

Make sure your billing info is right and make sure you address on MS account matches the address of your bank card you are using. Also make sure you have your account and billing set up for the region you are in .

Thanks. It is. I believe it is something else. I spent an hour with xbox IT last week on this. Something is wrong with the site/process of purchasing it.

 

viola! The Button to change the payment option, finally went to the page to add my address - which is different than the place where my payment options are. I was able to purchase the game. Thank you.
