Discus and support I can't download my xlive profile while playing backward mode in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When i open my game it won't connect to xbox live, i tried to reconnect to my account but it wont let me in, then i deleted it and tried to redownload...     I can't download my xlive profile while playing backward mode


    When i open my game it won't connect to xbox live, i tried to reconnect to my account but it wont let me in, then i deleted it and tried to redownload it but it won't let me, keep doing errors.

    I changed my username recently.

    Once the service status is back up you would need to redownload your profile on the 360 emulator by following these steps.

    1. Load any 360 game.

    2. Once loaded hit the start and select buttons (small round buttons on either side of the big xbox button on the controller) at the same time.

    3. This will bring up the 360 guide there should be a choice there to download profile.

    4. Click on that and enter email and password.

    Couple things to make sure of before you do this.

    1. Your password is less than 16 characters. The 360s including the emulator on the Ones do not like passwords longer than 16 characters.

    2. If you have two step verification turned on turn it off or use your app password. Same reason as number One 360s including the emulator do not play well with two step verification.

    Any time you change your gamer tag for any reason you will have to do these steps.

    does any1 know how i can login and just play my game offline, because my savegame is on my xbox live account i dont know how to start my savegame offline mode now, it requires me to login in the xlive account wich i cant coz error code.... som1 know how

    Hello, my xbox live profile is called "RinsableMLG" and today for some reason, I can't play xbox 360 backwards compatible games be ause my profile won't download on the xbox 360 servers. I can play xbox one games, but I can't play my xbox 360 games
    and my profile won't download and it states "There's a problem with your credentials, blah blah blah". If I use my other two accounts, I can play on the xbox 360 games but not my RinsableMLG one. I seriosuly don't know what to do and I'm panicking right now.
    I have the exact same problem. I was just trying to play saints row but couldn't connect to xbox live on backwards compatibility. So I deleted my account and now I can't download on backwards compatibility with the same error message as you.
