I am aware that you're having trouble downloading your online profile onto your Xbox 360. Error code 8007065B usually indicates a problem with the Xbox Live service. I am here to help and let us work on this together.

Here are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:

Check for Xbox Live service alerts.

Check for service alerts on Xbox status or check for an Xbox Live service alert at the top of this page. If there are any alerts, wait a while and then try again.

Sign out and restart your Xbox.

Sign out of your profile. Restart the Xbox, then try to sign in again.

Remove and re-add your profile on Xbox 360.

1. On Xbox 360, remove your profile as described here, then add it back.
   
2. Clear the cache.
   
3. Unplug both your Xbox and your network hardware (modem, router, etc.) for five minutes.
   
4. Power back up, restart your Xbox, and sign in.
   

After removing your account and clearing Cache unplug your Xbox 360. Wait for a minimum of 30 seconds and then sign in again.

I’ve been having the problem too. I can’t download my profile from Xbox onto my Xbox 360. Keep getting an error code 80151103. So I looked up tutorials online. That didnt help at all for some reason, none of the suggestions worked. Tried clearing the cache
didn’t work either. Deleted my profile off the Xbox 360(had the thing for more than 10 years just updated it, been using the same profile as well, and is working perfectly on Xbox. I was just going to use the Xbox to use Netflix in the spare room.) But I can’t
sign in. It seems nothing is working. Really hoping Microsoft will come out with an hotfix for the 360.

80070571 is the error code I get when trying to download my live account onto my Xbox. It now appears as a profile on my Xbox but says that it has not been downloaded properly.
