I can't download my GOW3 Code

The download is via code-card to includes: GOW, GOW2 (download without problem), GOW3, GOW:Judment (download without problem)

OK so called support and they did send me the codes. I entered the codes and downloaded the stuff. The files are on my GOW3 save but the skins still are locked. I deleted them and redownloaded them. .. any ideas of what else to try?

Follow these steps to fix your issue, I had the same problem. The DLC was on the hard drive but not recognized by the game.

1 - delete all of your GOW3 DLC

2 - clear your hard drive cache under memory

3 - delete your profile ONLY

4 - recover your gamertag

5 - do not load up your GOW3 game yet

6 - go to download history and select "download again" to all of your GOW3 DLC

7 - THEN load your GOW3 game and it should be there

I had downloaded the Season Pass for all of my Xboxes but it didn't work on one of them. So I followed this process and then put the game in. It then prompted me to download the Horde Pack and I was back in business. But until I followed this process it
didn't recognize that I had GOW3 DLC on my hard drive.

This process also works for other games too, not just GOW3. It's not an Epic thing, it's a Microsoft Xbox 360 thing. Let me know if you hit a snag I'd be more than happy to help!

I have the same problem...

I bought GoW4 with Xbox One-S. I received two messages. First one have only code to GoQ1 and they dont work. The second one have codes To GoW3 and Gow Judgement. Code for GoW3 dont work.

I only can redeem code for GoW Judgement.

When i try to redeeme code for GoW1, Gow2 and GoW3 i have message

What to do???

I had a similar problem on my Halo Reach xbox, but not on my GOW3 xbox.

For my HR Xbox, I downloaded it from the game in the "Borderlands" then I went to dashboard and "History" and reselected it to download, and as it was doing that I shut the system off to do a background download.

I know this seems like a lot, and I can't say that it works for sure, it worked for me, while some of my friends were able to simply ignore the message and continue to play with others.
