does your account region match your actual region?

if not that would be why

it must match in order to download region locked content unless you don't live in anxbox live country then you cannot get the content

Its in “my games” but i cant download it because i cant use the code

just remove the download window so i can acess my game..inalready have the game and i cant clear the download window which prevents me from playing my game....if you cant fix it then refund my money
