I can't download my add on

    I can't download my add on


    I have purchased all of the content for minecraft story mode including the season pass. but whenever i go to download everything, episode 3, 4, and 5 from season 1 will not download. i keep getting a pop up saying installation stopped
    with an error code 0x87e0012c. i have looked around so many forums for an answer it hurts, and have found nothing, hard resetting and clearing local saves haven't done anything.

    yes if you do not live in an xbox live region now

    you cannot get region locked content

    look at more info

    does the region of your account actually reflect the region you live in?

    gears of war 2 dlc you need to live in the actual region of your account



    if your account reflects your actual country then just reset your router and modem



    if not you will have to create the correct account

    Hi there,

    please try removing the items from the Queue and then try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange for at least 30 seconds before powering on again:

    After that try to download a Demo for anything just to confirm if that will go through properly if it fully completes try Installing the episodes again.

    If that does not work, then you could consider doing a Factory Reset with keeping games and apps installed. (Keep in mind that you will require your account credentials to Download your profile again)

    If that all fails, then the best option would be to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) via
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    It's a problem because I can't download the game. If a would like to add a new card i can't add because the site only add US card but i live in Hungary and my region is Hungary too.

    If you have moved and are permanently residing in another region, we suggest you create a new account that reflects this. You can still keep your old account as well.
