I cant download Microsoft Visual c++ redistributable (x64)

When starting the setup to download the vc 64x it gives me an error because of a folder that is not found with the msi file, and I am going to check the folder and I do not have the file or the folder that it asks me for, so I cannot do the installation, what should I do?

I also have vc 86x installed, but I installed this first and the installation went correctly, I wanted to install both, following the steps in a video to fix a game crash (JWE2), my laptop is 64x (windows 10) Do I have to completely uninstall the 86 vc and download the other one or is there something I need to fix?

Please it would be very helpful if someone answered me, since that may be the reason why the video game crashes when I start the game, with the other video games it doesn't happen to me, but when I start jw2 it asks me to download visual c++

Thx bro, i downloaded the 2010, 2012 and 2013, correctly, but i cant download the 2015-2017-2019 vers, and that versions i need :/, i dont have the carpet that ask me for (in the Packet Cache i mean) but i have the msi file in other carpet but it doesnt work.

Please uninstall the x86 version. After that download each one and try after installing to see if your issue is resolved: (all of them are the 64 bits version)

In this section, idk which version its Because it says from 2015-2019
