Discus and support I can't download Max Payne 1 or 2 when I previously purchaced them on Xbox 360 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; so I bought Max Payne 1 and 2 digitally way back when I had my Xbox 360.I was happy when I saw them finally added to backwards...     I can't download Max Payne 1 or 2 when I previously purchaced them on Xbox 360


    so I bought Max Payne 1 and 2 digitally way back when I had my Xbox 360.I was happy when I saw them finally added to backwards compatibility,however........they don't show up in my library(on series s) and when I view them in the store it prompts me to purchase them as if I dont own them. I've never had an issue with any of my other back compat Xbox original and 360 games........I really don't want to have to repurchase them,anyone else having this issue?

    I too have a similar issue. When they announced 70+ titles added to backward compatibility, four of the titles immediately showed up as ready to install. But, I have at least eight other titles that I own, that don't show up.

    When I check in the store app or on xbox.com, it says I need to purchase them. But, if I go to the old 360 marketplace.xbox.com, it says I already own them. I can even download the games to one of my Xbox 360's without a problem.

    I wish there was a way to resolve this without spending hours on the phone. Ugh... this really sucks.

    Pretty odd! I suggest contacting Xbox support as this seems to be a license issue!

    I tried,sadly I couldn't go back that far in my purchase history.I could only see my xbox one purchases not my 360 digital purchases.........
