I cant download Just Cause 2, Free games with gold of the month, and its not the first game

Hi guys, im having problems downloading, Just Cause 2, i tried to do it in both places, from my xbox 360 and the internet page and i get " your request cannot be completed please try later" and i had done it many times , im from panama city panama (latin
America) this had happend to me with ; Red faction Guerilla, battlefield bad company 2, army of two, mafia 2, and now with just cause 2,

Error 80150017 Mafia 2 gold free !!! Why Microsoft?

After happend last month with Army of Two i cant download,and even if i pay xbox gold every month i cant download that free game, again this month another game Mafia 2 is region locked and i cant download because Microsoft dont care of Eastern Europe. Im
living on Belarus , Grodno. Its second month i cant download Games for Gold Free . Its super unfair for me, why they cant put free region? Dont exist solutions?

 

Free Gold for 1 month and Gold for $1 for 1 month = 2 months for $1?

If I activate my free gold for 1 month and then purchase the gold for $1 for first month, will I get 2 months of Gold for $1?

Secondly, will I be eligible to download the free Games with Gold? Or would I require the full $60/year subscription? (Or monthly)

Its because of your physical location

In orderr to have the best experience with live your account location must match your actual location

But because you dont live in an xbox live region you cannot solve that issue

All of those games are region locked

You are only garenteed games when you have a matching region
