I Cant Download Halo 3

When I go to download halo 3 it says “manage you own this” but when I click it it says “we’re having trouble getting your stuff right now“ also I did ask halo support, I did check my order history and I did power cycle my console as well as removing my account and adding it back again I also reset (not restart) my console i also did check for updates

Since you have already tried re-adding your account, restarting, as well as resetting your console, I would suggest checking for any console updates. If your console is already up to date, but the issue persists, It would be best to get in touch with the game developer to report the issue.

Here's how to manually update your Xbox console:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates.
Under Updates, you'll see:
- Console update available. Select this to begin your update, or
- No console update available. This means your console is up to date.

well i formatted my drive and all of my saves are still there witch is weird but ok then everything works ok then i download halo 3 then my xbox freezes then it says cant download halo 3 then turns off then 1 red ring turns on bit i can send an pic of what
i am on right now
